Terrible to do business with!

This is the absolute worst site I've ever dealt with. I tried to do a simple return for exchange and after 20 some e-mails, a few phone calls and over a month later, I still never got my replacement jacket. The company then balked about refunding the shipping charges because it was "my fault". If I were you, I would never do business with this company as you may or may not get the product you ordered. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. I also wouldn't trust the testimonials on the home page as they are probably made up because I'm sure no one in their right mind would buy anything from these people!
